The opening of the new branch has been established as the company’s client portfolio grows. Managing Director Daniel Calbacho says he’s particularly excited about the second office space. “We’ve all heard and used the saying ‘everything happens for a reason’, right? Well, I’d like to think of myself as a person who finds the silver lining in situations. COVID-19 made me and many others uncomfortable – and for good reason,” he explains. “The pandemic allowed our team to work remotely, which meant eventually giving up our traditional office. As a result, the team learnt how to create a new working dynamic from home – or anywhere with Internet access for that matter. Fast forward to today and the RED Marketing team is spread out all over our beautiful country, from Gauteng and the Western Cape, to the Eastern Cape and beyond.”
Daniel highlights that it was during the midst of the pandemic that he first had the thought of taking RED Marketing global. “I’ve since taken the courageous leap of faith to go across the pond to the magnetic city of London, to share our talents and passion for what we do with a broader market. This expansion will allow RED Marketing to have its finger on the pulse of global digital trends and work with a host of new clients,” he adds.
